Prioritize fixes and UX improvements based on real mobile behavior, not guesses.

Privacy-friendly analytics. GDPR, CCPA & PCI supported. Sensitive input masked.
Why it matters
Why record mobile sessions in your native apps?
Logs and crash reports tell you that something went wrong. Mobile session replay shows you exactly what happened on-device so you can understand, fix, and improve with confidence.
Understand user friction
Watch the exact flow that led to confusion, drop-off, or a crash. See which screens, gestures, and states were involved before users abandoned or uninstalled.
Reproduce bugs faster
Combine screen replay with console logs, errors, and network calls. Stop asking users for screenshots or long emails and jump straight to the moment things broke.
Prioritize the right fixes
Correlate user pain with conversion and retention metrics. Focus your mobile roadmap on issues that actually move the needle instead of chasing one-off reports.
Privacy-first by design
Field masking by default; exclude sensitive inputs (passwords, card data). GDPR/CCPA/PCI support, SSO/RBAC.
TEAMS
Built for modern mobile product teams
FullSession mobile session replay gives everyone who touches your app — from product to engineering to support — the same clear view of what happened on-device.
Mobile Product & UX
Validate flows, experiments, and onboarding changes with real user sessions. See where users hesitate or churn so you can prioritize the next sprint with confidence.
Mobile Engineering & QA
Jump straight from a crash, error, or alert into the exact replay, along with console and network logs. Reproduce issues in minutes instead of digging through raw logs.
Support & CX
Open the session behind every ticket to see what users actually experienced. Share clean evidence with engineering without asking customers to retell the story.
What is mobile session replay in FullSession?
FullSession mobile session replay is a set of SDKs for Android, iOS, and React Native that record real user sessions inside your native apps. It captures screens, touches, logs, and network calls so product and engineering teams can understand friction, reproduce issues, and prioritize improvements based on real behavior.
Instrument your Android, iOS, or React Native app
Drop in the FullSession SDK, initialize it with your app key, and configure what you want to capture. The SDK is designed to be efficient, sending structured events instead of raw video, so you get high-fidelity replays without bloating your app.

Capture screens, gestures, logs, and network calls
Every session can capture screen transitions, touch and gesture events, console logs and errors, network requests and responses, custom events, and safe user attributes—plus indicators like rage taps when users are frustrated.
Replay, debug, and prioritize fixes
Open any mobile session and see exactly what users saw, synced with logs and network calls. Use this evidence to reproduce bugs, confirm fixes, and decide which issues deserve a spot at the top of your mobile roadmap.

CUSTOMER INSIGHT

Mobile session replay FAQ
Answers to common questions about integration, performance, and data capture for FullSession’s mobile SDKs.
How is mobile session replay different from crash reporting?
Crash reporting tools tell you that something went wrong and where in the stack it happened. Mobile session replay lets you watch the user’s journey leading up to that crash, including screens, gestures, logs, and network calls, so you can understand not just what failed, but why it failed from the user’s point of view.
What exactly does the FullSession mobile SDK capture?
By default, the SDK can capture screen transitions, touch and gesture events, console logs and errors, network request/response metadata, custom events you define, and non-sensitive user attributes for filtering. You can configure what to include or mask so that only the data your team needs is collected.
Will the mobile SDK slow down my app or bloat its size?
The FullSession SDK is designed to record structured events, not heavy video streams, and to minimize CPU and network overhead. As with any analytics SDK, we recommend testing in your own environment, but most teams find that the observability they gain far outweighs the small footprint of the SDK.
How long are mobile sessions stored, and can we control retention?
Data retention is configurable by plan and can be tuned to match your compliance requirements. You’ll be able to set retention windows for session data so that older recordings are automatically deleted according to your policies
Is mobile session replay included in all FullSession plans?
Mobile session replay is available on paid plans that include session replay features. All plans use the same simple, session-based pricing model with no seat or domain limits. For full details on which plan fits your expected volume, check the pricing page or talk with our team.
