What happens after my 14-day Pro trial?
After your 14-day Pro trial ends, you’ll have the option to continue with a paid plan (Growth, Professional, or Enterprise) or switch to our Free plan. The Free plan includes 500 sessions per month with 30-day data retention, so you can keep using FullSession at no cost. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll keep all your data and can continue where you left off.
Will it slow down my site or capture sensitive data?
No, FullSession is designed to have minimal impact on your site’s performance. Our lightweight script loads asynchronously and uses efficient data collection methods. We also respect your privacy settings and allow you to exclude sensitive data fields. You can configure what data is captured, mask sensitive information, and set up conditional recording to ensure compliance with your data protection requirements.
Can I track mobile apps?
Yes! FullSession supports mobile app tracking for both iOS and Android applications. You can use the “Activate Mobile Tracking” toggle to include mobile sessions in your plan. Mobile tracking includes session replay, event tracking, and all the same powerful analytics features available for web. Contact our sales team for more details on mobile SDK integration.
Do you support SSO and advanced security?
Yes, Enterprise plans include Single Sign-On (SSO) support with SAML 2.0, advanced security features, and compliance certifications. We also offer priority security reviews, custom data retention policies, and dedicated security support. Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. On average save 20% on annual plans.
How does usage at the limit work?
There is no overage billing. We notify you at 80% and 100% of your monthly session limit and pause new recording once you reach your limit. You can upgrade anytime from Billing.
What counts as a “session”?
A session is a continuous visit to your site/app. It resets after user inactivity (timeout shown in‑app) or when a new visit starts.
What’s data retention on paid plans?
Retention varies by plan. You’ll see the exact retention at checkout and anytime on the Billing page.
How are sessions counted across domains/environments?
You can include multiple domains/environments in one workspace. Sessions are pooled against your monthly limit.
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade anytime?
Yes — self‑serve in Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades/cancellations take effect at the next renewal.
